You can manage your campaign’s Blacklist directly from the Campaigns page.
Blacklisting helps you stop sending traffic to low-performing placements and save 💸. If a source brings lots of impressions but no conversions, low CTR, or a poor post-install CR, just switch it off! This tool works best when you already have some stats.
How to blacklist a single placement
Select a single campaign in Filters (it doesn’t work with 2+ campaigns).
Click
APPLYto load stats.Select Placement in Group by.
In the State column, use the toggles to turn traffic on (green) or off (gray) for each placement.
💡 You can filter placements by their state using the FILTERS button inside the table or directly from the three-dot menu in the State column.
Why I don’t see toggles?
More than one campaign is selected.
A Whitelist-only campaign is selected.
Why some toggles are disabled?
Blacklist changes may not be allowed for certain campaign types or if the placement was blacklisted by the platform.
How to blacklist multiple placements at once?
Select a single campaign in Filters (it doesn’t work with 2+ campaigns).
Click
APPLYto load stats.Select Placement in Group by.
Select the placements you want to blacklist using the checkboxes. To select all placements in the table, use the checkbox in the table header.
Click
Bulk actions.Select
+ Blacklistto add the selected placements to the Blacklist, orRemove from Blacklistto remove them
Why are some Bulk actions disabled?
Available actions depend on the selected placements and their current Blacklist state.
+ Blacklistis disabled if none of the selected placements can be added to the Blacklist.Remove from Blacklistis disabled if none of the selected placements can be removed from the Blacklist.Some Blacklist actions may also be unavailable for certain campaign types or for placements blacklisted by the platform.
