Do I need to wait for reapproval if I edit my campaign settings?

If you change:
- URL
- Traffic Type
- Operating System (for Popunder cpm)
- Browser (for Popunder cpm)
- Creatives (for Social Bar and Native Banner)
- Whitelist or Blacklist settings,

you need to wait for the campaign reapproval. All the other changes do not require it.
