This option allows you to target carriers. Insert the IP list if you want to get traffic from certain IPs/carriers.
Only IPv4 is supported; IPv6 is not supported at the moment.
Supported formats:
123.45.67.1
123.45.67.1-123.45.67.255
123.45.67.0/24
You can specify multiple IPs or ranges separated by commas.
You can also add each IP address or IP range on a new line.
IP targeting works in include mode only
(acts as a whitelist of sorts – ads are shown only to the specified IPs).
