How to get Visa/MasterCard/Union Pay payment method confirmed?

Note: You can deposit $100 in total without Credit Card pre-approval.

❗️Important
A name in the Invoicing Info should be the same as on the card you use to add the funds.

If this information does not match, the method will be closed to you. You will be able to get access to the card payment method only if you provide all the necessary documents.

We don’t accept digital cards / cards without the name of the cardholder.


If you would like to use this payment method further (after reaching $100), you will need to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. It's pretty simple and won't take long.

Please keep in mind that the FIRST thing you have to do before proceeding with the Credit Card payments is FILL in the invoicing information.

💡 Enter your name and surname in the both “Company” and “Contact Person” field, in case you are an Individual

Completion of KYC procedure varies based on your Credit Card type.

It can be whether your personal Credit Card or Credit Card issued on a Company’s name.

Please choose your card type and complete these easy steps:

Personal Credit Card procedure:

  1. Make a photo/scan of your Credit Card (front side only).

    💡 Please upload the front and reverse side if there is no name on the front side. CSV code must be hidden.

  2. Card owner’s name, expiration date and LAST 4 DIGITS ONLY should be clearly visible (other digits should be hidden).

    DO NOT send us photo/scan with full credit card number on it.

  3. Make a photo/scan of your passport.

    (US and CA citizens can use driver’s license as ID document, all others will need to upload international passport for approval).

  4. Open finance section in the advertiser’s dashboard (click here).

  5. Click on “Add Document” in the “Documents” section, choose “ID Photo”, and upload your passport photo.


  6. Click on “Add Document” in the “Documents” section, choose “Other Photo/Scan” and upload your Credit Card photo.

  7. Inform your personal manager or our support team upon completion of the steps above.

💡 Approval process might take up to 2 working days. We will notify you as soon as the payment method becomes available for you.

Company Credit Card procedure:

If you act on behalf of a company and want to use a corporate credit card, you do not have to upload your personal ID photo/scan.

Instead, we will need an authorization letter from your company’s finance department.

  1. Make a photo/scan of your Credit Card (front side only).

    💡 Please upload the front and reverse side if there is no name on the front side. CSV code must be hidden.

  2. Card owner’s name, expiration date and LAST 4 DIGITS ONLY should be clearly visible (other digits should be hidden).

    DO NOT send us photo/scan with full credit card number on it.

  3. Make a photo/scan of the authorization letter.

  4. Open finance section in the advertiser’s dashboard (click here)

  5. Click on “Add Document” in the “Documents” section, choose “ID Photo”, and upload your Credit Card photo.


  6. Click on “Add Document” in the “Documents” section, choose “ID Photo” and upload your authorization letter photo/scan.


  7. Inform your personal manager or our support team upon completion of the steps above.

💡 Approval process might take up to 2 working days. We will notify you as soon as the payment method becomes available for you.

❗️Important

You can use the approved card only. If you refill your balance with an unapproved card - this option will be turned off for you at once.
